The River House is on a high bank overlooking the Pere Marquette River. The house is available year round, and features a full kitchen and dining area, air conditioning, a living room with cable TV, a fireplace, and four bedrooms (master bedroom has a shower and a separate whirlpool tub with a view of the river).  The house sleeps a total of eight people.

Pine Hollow House

The Pine Hollow House is located on the banks of the Pere Marquette River, and is available year round. This house was updated in the summer of 2014. Features include air conditioning, a living room with cable TV, three bedrooms (master bedroom with a private bath with whirlpool tub), and a sun room.  The house sleeps a total of eight people.

 

October 31 – February 28: Winter Rates: $300.00/day

 

March 1 – August 31: Regular Rates: $300/day

 

September 1 – October 31: Peak Rates: $350.00/day

 

Pets are allowed in the houses for an extra $15.00/day/pet

50% deposit is required upon booking
