Our guides also love the incredible large arbor Vortex reel.  It is much more solid than the Battenkill and the drag is incredible. Each turn of the handle picks up 11 inches of line, ideal for handling hard charging steelies when they turn toward you.  The drag has 45% more surface area than the competition (Abel, Tibor) to slow down those big fish.  We have a variety of other reels, including Abel, Tibor, Old Florida and others.
