The Pere Marquette
River Lodge is nestled on the banks of the world famous Pere Marquette
River. We are the only Platinum Level Orvis Dealer and Orvis Endorsed
Lodging Outfitter Guide Service in the
mid-west. We offer clean, comfortable lodging
in the main lodge, rustic cabins and two houses on the river. The
lodge boasts some of the best home cooked food
around during our peak seasons (Steelhead & Salmon). The
staff here are both very courteous and
knowledgeable of the surrounding waters. Our full service
Orvis fly shop is staffed and outfitted to
meet your every need while insuring your best destination fishing
experience. The guide staff here is
unprecedented and well veresed on many of the local rivers: Pere Marquette,
White, Pine, Ausable, Manistee and the Muskegon. Feel free to check them

Brad Ahrens -
 grew up within an hour of the Pere Marquette River Lodge. Trout fishing, bird, duck, & archery deer hunting were hobbies he picked-up at an early age. Now an engineer in the automotive industry, love of the outdoors has continued to be an integral part of his life in Michigan, and abroad having traveled around the U.S. and Africa on hunting excursions. When the opportunity arose to join friends in purchasing the PMRL, Brad once again decided to expand his outdoor roots in Michigan. On occasion you may find Brad fishing, or around the PMRL grounds.
